Crystal Technology was commissioned to deliver a turnkey hospital automation solution for the Araihazar Upazila Health Complex in Narayanganj district. The project aims to replace manual, paper-based hospital workflows with a fully integrated digital system that streamlines patient registration, clinical encounters, diagnostic processes, and administrative functions.
The scope covers the entire technology lifecycle — from custom hospital management software development to physical infrastructure setup including structured LAN networking, hardware procurement, and installation. The system enables real-time tracking of patient journeys from admission through discharge, automates laboratory order processing, and provides management dashboards for facility administrators.
Crystal Technology also provides ongoing training for all categories of hospital staff — doctors, nurses, lab technicians, pharmacists, and administrative personnel — alongside dedicated on-site IT manpower to ensure smooth daily operations and rapid issue resolution throughout the contract period.
