The Kaliakair Upazila Health Complex in Gazipur district serves a rapidly growing population in one of Bangladesh's key industrial corridors. Crystal Technology was engaged to deploy a complete hospital automation solution that modernizes every aspect of facility operations, from frontline patient services to back-office administrative functions.
The project delivers an integrated hospital management system that connects patient registration counters, outpatient consultation rooms, emergency services, inpatient wards, the diagnostic laboratory, pharmacy, and billing office into a single cohesive digital platform. This integration eliminates information silos, reduces patient wait times, minimizes errors in prescriptions and lab orders, and enables data-driven facility management.
In addition to the software platform, Crystal Technology provided full physical infrastructure including structured LAN cabling, networking equipment, computing hardware for all departments, and uninterrupted power solutions. The engagement includes multi-phase training rollouts and permanent on-site IT personnel to sustain operations over the two-year project lifecycle.
