End-to-end hospital automation at Mohammadpur Fertility Services & Training Center, Dhaka — agreement signed March 2014, completed 2016.
Crystal Technology was engaged to deliver a comprehensive hospital automation solution at the Mohammadpur Fertility Services and Training Center (MFSTC), a specialized facility focused on reproductive health, family planning, and maternal care services in Dhaka. The agreement was signed in March 2014, initiating a multi-year deployment effort.
The project encompassed the full spectrum of hospital automation — from custom software development tailored to the unique clinical workflows of a fertility and maternal health facility, to hardware procurement, structured LAN networking, and end-to-end infrastructure setup. The system was designed to streamline patient registration, appointment scheduling, clinical consultations, laboratory operations, pharmacy dispensing, and administrative reporting.
Crystal Technology also provided extensive staff training to ensure that clinicians, nurses, lab technicians, and administrative personnel could effectively use the new digital systems. Dedicated on-site manpower was deployed for ongoing support, and a maintenance agreement ensured long-term system reliability and continuous improvement throughout the project period.
