The National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) is the premier cardiac care facility in Bangladesh, handling thousands of patients daily across outpatient consultations, emergency admissions, cardiac surgeries, and interventional procedures. Crystal Technology provided long-term hospital automation support and maintenance services spanning more than five years.

The engagement focused on continuous software upgradation to keep pace with evolving clinical requirements, new government reporting mandates, and growing patient volumes. Crystal Technology's team worked closely with NICVD's administration to introduce new features, optimize existing workflows, and ensure system stability under heavy daily usage loads.

In addition to software enhancements, Crystal Technology deployed dedicated on-site IT manpower to handle day-to-day system operations, user support, troubleshooting, and data management. The long-term maintenance agreement ensured that NICVD's digital infrastructure remained reliable, secure, and up-to-date throughout the entire engagement period.

Proactive server monitoring, database optimization, scheduled backups, security patching, and preventive maintenance to guarantee high system availability and data integrity across all hospital departments.

Bug Fixing & Issue Resolution

Rapid identification and resolution of software bugs, system errors, and user-reported issues through a structured ticketing and escalation process with defined response and resolution timeframes.

Hardware Support Services

Maintenance and servicing of existing hardware infrastructure including desktops, printers, network equipment, and UPS systems to keep all workstations and peripherals in optimal working condition.

User Training & Refresher Sessions

Periodic training and refresher workshops for clinical and administrative staff on new software features, updated workflows, and best practices for effective use of the hospital automation system.
