Crystal Technology was appointed as the consultancy firm for the Shared Health Record (SHR) system by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Mohakhali, Dhaka for the 2024 engagement cycle. This consultancy engagement focused on advancing the software platform, ensuring operational continuity, and building institutional capacity across the SHR deployment footprint.
The project encompassed continued software development to refine existing modules and introduce new features based on evolving clinical requirements.
