Crystal Technology served as the appointed consultant for the Shared Health Record (SHR) system under the Management Information System (MIS) division of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Mohakhali, Dhaka during the 2023 engagement cycle. This consultancy was critical in stabilizing and expanding the SHR platform across its growing deployment footprint.
The engagement covered multiple dimensions of the SHR ecosystem. On the software side, Crystal Technology led development sprints to address accumulated feature requests, resolve system bottlenecks, and implement new modules required by evolving DGHS clinical data collection standards. The team also managed data migration tasks and system integration with other DGHS digital health platforms.
