Crystal Technology implemented a comprehensive Hospital Information System (HIS) at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital in Dhaka between 2018 and 2019. One of Dhaka's busiest public hospitals, Suhrawardy handles an enormous daily patient load across its emergency, outpatient, inpatient, and diagnostic departments.
The Notice of Award (NOA) was issued in May 2018, initiating a multi-phase implementation that covered software deployment, hardware provisioning, IT infrastructure development, and extensive staff training. The project was designed to digitize the hospital's core operational workflows and create a unified information platform connecting all major departments.
This project was a significant milestone for Crystal Technology, demonstrating our capability to deliver HIS solutions at the scale of a major tertiary-care teaching hospital with hundreds of beds, dozens of departments, and thousands of daily patient interactions.
